We believe that following Jesus changes... everything
As God does work in us through the Holy Spirit, our hearts begin to change. And our thinking begins to change. Next our attitudes begin to change. Then our habits begin to change. Finally our relationships change. Following Jesus bring new life and freedom that filters into every area of life. Instead of hurt, loss, anger, jealousy, and betrayal, our lives begin to have love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, kindness, gentleness and self control (the fruit of the spirit). We're probably never going to be perfect in this life, but one thing is for sure: there's no going back to who we were before we began to follow Jesus.

Core Values
|
We are associated and credentialed with the Church of God (Anderson). We believe in the triune God, the authority of Scripture, Holiness, Unity, the Kingdom of God, the coming Return of Christ, the leading of the Holy Spirit, in women in ministry, and above all- that Jesus is Lord. You can find out more about the official beliefs of the Church of God at jesusisthesubject.org
Strategy
The functions of the church should mirror the Great Commandment to Love the Lord our God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength and to love our neighbors as ourselves. Therefore, every ministry will fall into one of these four categories.*
*This list is exemplary and not exhaustive. We may have more or less ministries as we are able based on the allotment of our capabilities at any given time. We are committed to not only being good stewards of our resources but of our time as well. We do not want to overfill our calendar with events devoid of purpose. Rather, we choose to do fewer events well with greater significance and meaning. And unless a ministry or event aligns with one of these functions, we will not do it.
